No independent, peer reviewed study has tested the H.E.A.L.360 Capsule. The studies Leela points to are small, unpublished or company linked, and most tested a different product. After more than three years of wearing Leela capsules I still feel calmer with one on, but I can't separate that from expectation and ritual.

This isn't a two week first impression. I've worn Leela capsules fairly consistently for more than three years, and the calm I feel with one on has stayed meaningful to me. Here's the long version, including the parts that didn't go smoothly.
The long use profile
In order, without datesI originally bought the larger capsule, and I got the energizing one. I'll admit I could feel the weight of that one a bit more.
The first day I wore it, I remember I couldn't really sleep at all that night. I was definitely wired.
I went back to the Leela Quantum booth at the biohacking conference and told them what happened. They explained that most people need time to get used to it, and can't sleep with it on.
I didn't wear it to bed. I can't tell you whether that wired night came from the capsule, a long conference day or my own expectations. I can only tell you it happened.

Once Leela started making a smaller capsule, I went that route. I love that one for the size and comfort, and I don't feel the weight of it as much.
I get complimented on it all the time. Most people also tend to assume the vial is full of drugs, especially at airports, so a little caution there.
Three years in, I can tell you the weight, the sleepless first night, the compliments and the calm.
I still can't tell you why.

One larger, one slightly smaller
Side by side, they're the same simple shape: a cylinder, a loop for the chain and a cap that unscrews. The larger one came first. The smaller one is the one I love for size and comfort.
Worth noting: Leela recommends polishing brass regularly to prevent discoloration.
Which of Leela's claims could even be tested?
Some claims can be checked with a ruler or a meter. Others are phrased so no instrument could confirm or rule them out. That difference matters more than any single study.
Placement is editorial judgment about testability, not a measurement.
A small passive metal object only reflects or absorbs radio waves right next to itself. The FCC and FTC warn that phone radiation shields generally don't work. Leela's EMF studies tested its Bloc devices, not this capsule.
Quantum mechanics describes matter at the subatomic scale. It offers no mechanism for storing a "frequency" in solid titanium, so there's nothing defined to fade or not fade.
A blinded trial where neither wearer nor researcher knows which capsule is real. The capsule reports Leela links give no sample size, blinding or control.
The objects themselves are genuinely well made. That's a separate question from whether they do anything.
The evidence landscape, in five seconds
Leela's research page says it has dozens of studies. These are the reports we could trace to an actual writeup.
The two reports that used a capsule are the weakest in the set, and the more carefully designed ones tested other products. We also found no independent EMF meter test, lab test or teardown of any Leela product.

A four week way to test it on yourself

Don't wear it yet. Rate calm, focus and sleep each evening from 1 to 10.
Wear it during the day. Keep rating the same three things at the same time.

Compare the weeks. If the difference doesn't matter to you, the window is still open.

Is Leela Quantum Tech legit or a scam?
Leela Quantum Tech is a real company that ships a well made physical product and offers a 30 day return on capsules. Its quantum energy and EMF claims haven't been independently verified, and its own disclaimer says its products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Does the H.E.A.L.360 block or reduce EMF?
No published test shows it does. Leela says it "harmonizes" EMF rather than blocking it, and no independent meter test or trial of the capsule exists.
What's inside the capsule?
Five small titanium spheres inside a brass or titanium body. You can remove spheres to change what Leela calls the intensity.
